I quick browse the features page. It seems that there is no animation editor. Then I found the showcase game squaby has lots of qml code.

    SquabySprite.qml is hand write?

    Hi,

you can use the SpriteSequenceVPlay component to do animations in V-Play. This is how all the current games are doing animations: provide the sprite frames next to each other and put it into one image (a sprite sequence). In the next 2 months, we will also add support for Spine (a popular 2d animation tool) and TexturePacker to make working with sprite animations easier.

    Cheers, Chris
