    Hello,

    Is there any way to increase / decrease the game speed? Just playing around with the squably demo to see if it may work for my game idea, however one popular feature lacking is the ability to speed up the gameplay (such as 1x (normal), 2x, 3x).

     

    Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?

    Can I just say that I was wondering the same thing, and that if anyone has any ideas how to do this it would be very useful to me, cheers.

    I did come across PhysicsWorld timeScale however when I try to implement that in my project I get an error that the property doesn’t exist (using latest version of v-play). The following post shows a slow/fast/normal button example for gameplay speed, but doesn’t work for me:

    the timeScale property was added in V-Play version 1.5.1 (see the docs here where this is noted), which is exclusive for Pro customers and will be available to Free users with about 2 months delay.     For non-physics based games like the Squaby tower defense game, you can create a new property e.g. timeMultiplier and multiply it with all time-related properties in your game. In case of Squaby, that would be for example the movement speed of the squabies, the tower fire rate, etc.
