    Hi!

After installing VPlay and following the “Getting Started with QML & Qt Creator” Tutorial I can´t get any VPlay or Qt Project to work.

    I have two problems:

    • I get the following error: Project ERROR: Unknown module(s) in QT: sql multimedia network widgets quick qml gui core
    • The includes in the .cpp File aren´t working, for example: QApplication -> No such file or directory

Since I tried to install VPlay on two different machines with different operating systems, I´m affraid I am missing something.

What do I need to do, to get at least a simple VPlay Hello World example to work? Is there some step in the installation process or setup that I am missing?

My OS is Windows 8.1 64bit.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

does the path to your installation contain any whitespaces? Unfortunately there is a bug that causes qmake to fail when there are whitespaces in the path, which then looks like the error messages you posted.

    Cheers,
    Alex

Turns out a whitespace was the problem. I forgot that “Programme” is only the folder name, but the path is still “Program Files” even with a german installation of windows.

Thank you very much for your help and the very quick reply!
