    Hello guys,

Again I’m totally lost by following “warnings”, which break everything for me:

QML debugging is enabled. Only use this in a safe environment.
NOTE: you are running a development build in Debug Mode. When you are ready to publish your app to the app stores, switch to Release mode and enable a publish build. You can enable a publish build in the config.json file in your qml folder by setting the "stage" property to "publish". For more information see: http://felgo.com/doc/vplay-publishing/

I have some Canvas, which I wanted to use like layers. I load image files and draw them and need the specific colors, so I debugged them and they were almost like I wanted them to be, but then I noticed that some are too small or need a different color, so I modified the pictures with Photoshop CS6 and now nothing is loaded anymore. I get the “warning” my sRGB profile wouldn’t be the right one, although I checked it in GIMP (sRGB IEC61966-2.1) and it should be the standardized one, right?

And every time my pictures aren’t loaded I get these

    shell\osshell\...

errors (or whatever it is). I cannot find anything useful on the internet to solve this. So please tell me, if you know this issue and if you know how to solve it.

    Thank you very much!

    Best, Nina

If somebody has the same problem, here’s a workaround:

In Photoshop you can go to Image-> Mode -> and change here from RGB to Indexed Color.

The colors may be not that pretty anymore, but it’s better than nothing.

    Hi Nina,
I have never come across issue you had.
But with newest stack, using Adobe Cloud, I have never encountered any issues with RGB profiles.
I have created around 50 different files created using PS, using standard settings(apart from higher DPI when necessary), and everything works perfectly fine.
The only issue I had was with vectors because Adobe sometimes doesn’t comply 100% to standards.

Just to double check, the files you had issues with, do they open perfectly fine in browsers?
    For example in Firefox?
I know Google Chrome uses extra operations to open images so it can open even invalid files but Firefox can be more strict here.

    [Update]:
I can be wrong with the versions here, not sure, maybe you use similar version to the one I use.
Do you use Adobe Cloud or uses the newest Photoshop?

    Marcin
