    Hi,

now I added some other languages to my game and rebuild it with the latest daily builds. After uploading it to the play store, i get the following message:

“Diese Konfiguration kann aus folgenden Gründen nicht veröffentlicht werden: Version 3 wird auf keine Gerätekonfiguration übertragen: Alle Geräte, die Version 3 erhalten könnten, würden Version 4 erhalten”

and I am not able to publish it.

    Greetings!

This sounds more like wrong settings for uploading. Did you double check all settings you chose for uploading the app to play store?

    Cheers,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

witch settings do you mean? The json file should be ok, as I didn´t change anything, except the version code.

Now I tryed the upload again, resulting with this message:

“Es ist ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.”

It seems, that the problem could be by the play store itsself, caused by the modifications in the last time. I also noticed, that there is a new permission now: android.permissions.VUBRATE. Are there also other modifications of the android.maifest, that maybe could cause that issue?

    Greetings

    Hi Heini,

the vibrate permission is fine, we are adding a vibrate functionality in NativeUtils with the next daily build. Have you already tried uploading your game since the last error message?

    Thanks,

    Alex

    Hi Alex,

now I checked another time the json file, rebuild the whole project and uploaded it again, always with the same result: after uploading the apk by pressing the “apk in Produktionsfase hochladen” – button (which term seems new to me) it apears a window with an overview of the project settings. After clicking the button “Jetzt in Produktionsphase veröffentlichen” (another new term) i have to wait some minutes till I get the message: “Es ist ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.” The next time i log in to the developer console i get the message: “Diese Konfiguration kann aus folgenden Gründen nicht veröffentlicht werden: Version 3 wird auf keine Gerätekonfiguration übertragen: Alle Geräte, die Version 3 erhalten könnten, würden Version 4 erhalten”.

I´m still not able to figure out, what´s wrong. Hope, somebody can help me.

    Thanks,

    Heini

    Hi,

indeed sounds like a new (error) message on Play Store, we’ll be releasing an update to Chicken Outbreak the next couple of days and let you know if we’re also experiencing any problems! :)

    Best,

    Alex

    Hi,

for all those who are having the same problem, try the following:

After receiving the message “An unexpected error occured….” close the “Upload new APK to production”-window. Now you should be back to the APK screen. After refreshing by pressing F5 you should see the new and the previous APKs and another errormessage. Disable the old AKP manually and on the upper left should finally appear the “Publish APK”-button.

Thank you Alex, for opening my eyes 😉

    2. APK hochgeladen

    3. alte APK deaktieviert
