I instantiated a Gyrometer from QtSensors 5.0.   It all compiled and deployed OK, but I don’t get any readings.

    Is it supported?

    Hi,

Yes definitely, at least on all devices which include a gyroscope sensor. 😉 You can see the list of supported platforms here: http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/compatmap.html

A possible issue could be that the sensors plugin can’t be loaded at runtime, could you please make sure that your project files includes the following code:

    QT += sensors

Also, are you actually starting reading the data with start() or setting the active property to true?

    Thanks,

    Alex

Hah – active: true is a very good tip 😀

    Thanks!
