Can Social View be integrated with firebase ?, if so, how could it be integrated?

Hi,

the SocialView is made to integrate with the Felgo Game Network and Felgo Multiplayer APIs, which provide services for different SocialView use-cases like chat or leaderboard.

With Firebase you can also create such features, but it is required to make them from scratch and design how to store and manage the data in Firebase.

But this have a cost? I clarify that I am a developer, I just want a guide or idea of how to integrate it, I am not willing to pay for something I can do, I only require indication.

Hi Didier,

as the SocialView does not integrate with Firebase out-of-the-box, you can only re-use the UI elements of SocialView to build your own chat with Firebase. We can do such a Firebase chat implementation for you with the purchase a support package.

For Indie customers like yourself, we can make the SocialView source code available so you can remove the GameNetwork parts and add the Firebase integration yourself. Just drop us a message at support@felgo.com to get the sources or detailed infos about the support offering.
