    Hi,

I successfully installed Felgo on my linux machine but forgot to change the installation folder in the process. I decided to uninstall and re-install into a more appropriate folder. The uninstall was also successful. However, I am not able to re-install anymore. The installation fails at 91% with this error message:

“Error during installation process (com.nokia.ndk.tools.simulator.qtgcc) The output of /usr/local/FelgoSDK/simulator/qt/gcc/bin/qmake -query is not parseable”

Do you have an idea how I could fix this?

    Thanks!

    Francois.

    Hi Chris,

I uninstalled using the SDK-Maintenance-tool application and did not check if the old folder (in the home directory) was removed. I just checked now and there is no FelgoSDK folder there.

    Francois.

    Hi,

There was however a log file with this content:

    “harmattan-postinstall-update.sh enter”

    Cheers!

    Hi Chris,

That did not work. The system could not open some readme file right after downloading completed.

I can try to install in the home folder of my regular user. Would that work?

    Francois.

What is the error message if you install the SDK without simulator?

Yes please try to install at the default location, where you successfully installed it before.

    Cheers, Chris

    Hi Chris,

I don’t have the error message anymore. It was related to some readme file that could not be opened and it happened right after all downloads completed.

I have successfully installed the SDK in the default folder, simulator included.

    Now on to gaming!

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    Cheers,

    Francois.
