    HiI came across some Camera move code in the ‘basic tests’ folder. It seems like it wont build due to Camera being unavailable. Is this a Pro (or future) feature?

    Cheers

    Michael.

    Hi Michael,

    you can use the camera component sources from here: PathToYourFelgoSDK\Desktop\FelgoSDK\qml\VPlay\core\Camera.qml which is already available but not yet announced or documented because zooming is not fully implemented (but maybe you don’t need to zoom anyway).

    Cheers,

    David

    Thanks David. Hmm, I see it there, and realised the build failure was due to Qt Creator reporting:

    file::/qml/VPlay/core/Camera.qml: File not found

    But I have the file there, and the path seems valid (same as what you had). If you know why the above error is occuring, please let me know. Otherwise, it’s ok – I don’t need it now, I’m just curious about its function. I can wait for it’s official inclusion.

    BTW Happy New Year to you & the team. Best wishes for 2014.Cheers, Michael.

    Hi Michael,

    the Camera component is not usable as it is not bundled in the engine library because of the reasons David has given above. You can use the source code though and add your own Camera component to your game, or just use the parts of the source code you are needing for your game.

    Happy New Year to you too,

    Chris
