Does the spanish part of the first log say something like: “cl” command not found?
“cl” is the Microsoft Visual C/C++ compiler, if this command is not found then it’s a clear sign that the SDK is not installed correctly.
You can try to uninstall all other versions of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributables with the Programs and Features application in Windows Control Panel, both the x64 and x86 versions. Also remove all files in the C:\Users\<YourWindowsUserName>\AppData\Local\Temp folder, to make sure the previously installed redistributables are removed.
Then try to reinstall V-Play again following the installation guide http://v-play.net/doc/vplay-installation.html.
