The AppImage item adds a defaultSource property to the default Image component that allows setting an initial image until the Image::source URL is loaded and can be displayed.
This is useful if the given Image::source is an URL loaded from the Internet (like an avatar for a messaging app) or if the source might be missing at all if offline or if not available.

An URL to a default image source which is displayed until the Image::source URL is loaded and can be displayed.
The URL may be absolute, or relative to the URL of the component.
